Returns Policy

Digital products:

Digital, downloadable products from the Shop are not returnable after purchase. If you have made a digital purchase in error, please contact customer service at

Physical products:

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery (90 days for Wholesale customers) for a full refund of the product value (OR) minus the original shipping cost. Returns must be packaged to prevent damage, must be in saleable condition, and shipped at your expense within 30 days of purchase. Be sure to enclose a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return in the package. For defective products, please contact us to determine how to handle them.

Refunds are processed within one week of the return being received by the warehouse. Please allow 1-4 weeks for your return to arrive, depending on the shipping method in which it was returned. Refunds will appear within 3-5 business days on your credit card, bank, or PayPal statement after your return is processed. 


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping option you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

If you need your order shipped to a PO Box, please be sure to choose Economy shipping.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
